On March 8th, 2003, the Planning and Zoning Commission is sponsoring a public planning workshop on Newtown's Plan of Conservation and Development. The workshop will be divided into seven topical areas, as described below. Your participation in the workshop will be your opportunity for planning for the future of your Town.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Ten Planning Memoranda have been prepared as background to facilitate the update of Newtown’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). These planning documents are available for review by clicking HERE the Town’s Land Use Office located in Canaan House on the Fairfield Hills Campus and at the Cyrenius Booth Library, located at 25 Main Street.
