How do I register for programs through the mail?

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM THROUGH THE MAIL

Please use the official registration form (attached below), with payment for your activity attached. Envelopes will be dated and numbered as they are received in the office and will be processed accordingly. We cannot be responsible for postal delays. NOTIFICATION will only be made if there is a problem.  Otherwise, assume you have been enrolled as requested. If a receipt is required, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Please be sure to use the proper activity number and letter. (This could make the difference in getting into a program).
