Department Fees (IMPORTANT: this section is meant to serve as guidance for developers. You must consult each department indivdually for exact fees.)
- Building Department: Fees are calculated based on the value of the job. Applicants pay $30.26 for the first $1,000 of job cost, then $11.26 for each additional $1,000. For instance, if the total job cost is $1,000,000, the fee would be 30.26 + (11.26 * 999) = $11,279. When the job is complete, the Certificate of Occupancy fee is .05 ¢ per square foot.
- Fire Marshal: No fees for inspections and sign-offs, but please contact this department for forms/requirements.
- Health District: Since the buildings are on public sewer, the fee would be $10 per building. What a bargain!
- Land Use: Fee Schedule
- Public Works: $50 per hookup.
- Tax Assessor: No fees for inspections and sign-offs, but please contact this department for forms/requirements.
- Tax Collector: No fees for sign-offs, but please contact this department for forms/requirements.
