Participating in physical activities creates a great opportunity for a healthier lifestyle.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that adults have 150 minutes (2 ½ hours) of physical activity each week (CDC, 2019).

Children and adolescents should be active for at least an hour each day (CDC, 2019). For adults, that means just over 20 minutes a day can help you improve your health!

So get out and take advantage of the Fairfield Hills Campus trails! The paths are paved which is helpful for anyone who may need to bring equipment with wheels.

Please be mindful some paths do have steep hills. Dogs are allowed, but please remember to pick up after your pet and you must keep them on a leash.

Enjoy the views, the trees, the fruit trail, gardens and wildflowers!
