Fraud Alert Registration

Fraud Alert allows users to sign up and receive email alerts whenever a document, such as a deed or mortgage, is recorded under their name in the Newtown Town Clerk's office.

Here's how users can sign up:

1. Go to  https://searchiqs.com/fraudalert/?CC=CTNEWT and enter your email and names to be alerted on (up to 3)

example: John Smith
               John R Smith
               Jonathan Smith

2. Check your email and click a link confirming your sign-up

You will then receive email alerts for any documents that are recorded in the future
