Karate Tang Soo Do is a non-contact ancient martial art based on the ancient oriental method to help coordination, control and balance. Emphasis in life values of: respect, honor, discipline, and loyalty. Course includes practical hands-on self-defense as well. As you participate, you will build self-esteem and confidence. Optional uniform can be purchased at Porco’s Karate Academy.All COVID rules will be followed.
