If you would like to use our parks, a parking permit is required
RESIDENTS are able to get parking permits for their vehicles free of charge.
NON-RESIDENTS must pay a $150 fee per parking permit.
To acquire a parking permit, you must bring a form of identification, registration for your vehicle, and a proof of residence (utility bill no older than three months) to our office.

**A parking permit does not give you access to our launch, beach, or pool. Memberships are sold separately.**
Newtown Park Gift Fund
As a governmental department Newtown Parks and Recreation programs and services are limited monetarily. We do our best to provide high quality recreation programs and well maintained parks, camps, trails and open space for the citizens of Newtown while constrained by our budgetary limits. A gift to the Parks and Recreation Department is a gift to the community and citizens of Newtown.
We accept general monetary or material donations you may wish to donate for a special project or cause. Please call the office if you would like suggestions on the designated funds.
