Will take place outside please dress accordingly No tools needed, all will be supplied Immerse yourself in the Powerful Healing Powers of Nature through FOREST BATHING. Forest Bathing is a Japanese Term for A Walk in the Woods known to Lift your Mood, Builds your Immune System, Reduces your stress, while helping your heart health. During the Mindful Forest Bathing Walk, we will do some light body moment, grounding techniques, meditation along with nature photography. Research states that even viewing images of nature are soothing and balancing so let us create some visuals and sounds of nature to take home. Let us learn from nature, its wisdom, its gifts and benefits and bring that into our lives, to shift and keep the energy positive, healthy and happy! After the walk, we will enjoy natures Herbal Botanical tea while we create Wellbeing Nature Jars. Nature is here and waiting for you: Let us meet in the Wilderness. During the Hands on Workshop, you will create your own personalized Wellbeing Nature Jar. The materials include various Aromatic Herbs such as lavender, rose, rosemary, sage as well as various crystals, essential oils and Himalayan sea salt all bundled into a mini glass jar with a lid. You will have the option to choose between inspirational charms and a string to hang as a necklace or other. Meet at the Pavilion in Fairfield Hills on Mile Hill Road South.
