Master Plan: On-Going Analysis
Since the completion of the June Planning Charrettes, the Ad Hoc Fairfield Hills Master Plan Committee has considered a series of alternatives for the future Newtown Town Hall and seven athletic playing fields, to be located on the Fairfield Hills Campus. The Committee is also considering additional uses for their potential inclusion in the Fairfield Hills Master Plan, including, educational facilities, community facilities, housing, open space, trails, and economic development uses, including retail and office uses. It should be clearly understood that these materials, studies and concepts have been prepared by the consultant team for discussion with the Ad Hoc Committee and the public. As such, this material should not be considered to be consultant proposals or final plans. Information considered by the Ad Hoc Fairfield Hills Master Plan Committee in this ongoing planning process can be accessed through the following link:
Fairfield Hills Duplex Reuse Project
