2026 Summer Seasonal Staff Applications
SUMMER 2026 SEASONAL STAFF APPLICATION
We are hiring for the following positions:
Summer Camp Positions Deadline is April 1!
Site Directors for Treadwell, Dickinson Day Camp or Teen Adventure Camp, Age 16 & up
Assistant Site Directors for Treadwell or Dickinson Day Camp, Age 16 & up
Day Camp Counselors for Treadwell or Dickinson Day Camp, Age 16 by December 31, 2025
Must be able to work the full 7 weeks of camp! (June 22 - August 7).
Additional 8th week, August 10-14, for those available to work (limited to 15 counselors).
Counselors for Teen Adventure Camp, Age 20 & up (June 29 - July 31)
Must be able to work the full 5 weeks of camp and be flexible with time
Counselor in Training Age 15 by June 22 or completed 9th grade. $35 fee per week per CIT (Please include fee with application)
Camper Support Counselor Treadwell or Dickinson Day Camp, Age 21 & up
Aquatics Staff Positions & Requirements
Application deadline: May 1
Assistant Waterfront Director for Treadwell Pool and Eichler's Cove Beach
Water Safety Instructors for Treadwell Pool and Eichler's Cove Beach
Swim Team Coach for Torpedoes Swim Team
Must be available to work weekends & Holidays
All applicants must have current American Red Cross Lifeguard, Waterfront Certification and CPR Certification.
NOTE: Positions are available for adult & college student lifeguards.

Park Wardens/Park Rangers/Gate Attendants & Requirements
Park Wardens for Eichler's Cove Beach and Marina, Age 21 & Up - Applications due by May 1.
Park Rangers for Town Parks, Age 18 & up and must hold a valid CT driver’s license - Applications due May 1
Gate Attendant for Lake Lillinonah Boat Launch, Age 18 & up - Applications due by May 1.
Must be available to work some Fridays, Weekends and Holidays.
